  4. Utilize advanced packaging technologies such as intelligent technologies, using the edibility and water solubility of some plastic packaging materials to reduce the generation of packaging waste and improve the safety and environmental protection functions of plastic packaging. 
  5. Through independent research and technological innovation, reduce the cost of new materials and technologies for plastic packaging, avoiding the problem that many green packaging plastic materials cannot be widely used due to high costs; 
  6. Promote the improvement and development of plastic blending technology, new plastic additives and application technologies. Under the premise of ensuring that plastic packaging materials are non-toxic, hygienic, and environmentally friendly, use low-cost technologies to enhance the functions of plastic packaging materials, providing possibilities for reduction. 
  Blister packaging molding principle: This is the commonly mentioned blister packaging. Using a blister packaging molding machine, the heated and softened plastic sheet is adsorbed to the surface of the mold, and after cooling, the blister packaging forms a plastic with concave and convex shapes. Blister packaging molding, also known as vacuum blister packaging molding, is one of the thermoforming methods for thermoplastic plastic blister packaging. It refers to clamping a sheet or plate material on the frame of a vacuum forming machine, heating and softening it, and then using vacuum to adsorb it to the mold through the air channel of the mold edge. After a short cooling time, the formed plastic blister packaging product is obtained. This method uses relatively simple equipment, and the mold does not need to withstand pressure, and can be made of metal, wood, or plaster. The molding speed is fast, and the operation is easy. 
  Blister Packaging Equipment and its Characteristics 
  Speaking of blister packaging, everyone should be familiar with it. So, what blister packaging equipment is used to produce blister packaging products? This may not be well understood by everyone. Blister packaging equipment mainly includes: blister forming machine, punching machine, sealing machine, high-frequency machine, and folding machine. 
  1. Blister forming machine: Blister forming, also known as thermoforming, this forming process mainly uses the vacuum suction generated by a vacuum pump to form various shapes of vacuum covers from heated and softened PVC, PET, PETG, APTT, PP, PE, PS, and other thermoplastic plastic sheets through a mold, or to adhere to the surface of various shaped products. 
  2. Punching machine: This is a stamping press. Stamping technology has the advantages of saving materials and energy, high efficiency, low requirements for operator skills, and the ability to produce products that cannot be achieved by mechanical processing through various molds, so its use is becoming increasingly widespread. 
  3. Sealing machine: This is a machine that seals containers filled with packaging materials. After the product is put into the packaging container, in order to seal and preserve the product, maintain product quality, and prevent product loss, the packaging container needs to be sealed. This operation is completed on the sealing machine. 
  4. High-frequency machine: The high-frequency machine is currently the most efficient and fastest heating, low-consumption, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly induction heating equipment for metal and non-metal materials. It has a wide range of applications. 
  5. Folding machine: The folding machine is a machine that processes the edges of products. It has the characteristics of low cost, stable performance, high degree of automation, and convenient adjustment.
